CA. S. T. MODI. [B.A. (Hons), F.C.A]
Founder and Senior Partner of S. T. MODI & CO. having almost four decades of rich experience in accounts, audit, taxation, company law and other legal issues. He is actively engaged in full time practice since 1972 and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1979. His main thrust areas are audit and taxation and his core competency is in providing consultancy to entrepreneurs on various business and legal subjects.
CA. MANISHA PARMAR [B.Com, F.C.A]
She began her career in Chartered Accountancy Practice since 1998 with leading organizations in various capacities. She is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2004. She is Ex-Managing Partner of G. P. Kapadia & Co. Chartered Accountants. Her carrier spans 14+ years exposure to multi facets of Tax and Corporate Planning, Financial Restructuring, International Taxation, Audit, Corporate Laws, Exchange Control Laws, Finance and Accounts.
CA. SUJIT MODI. [B.Com, A.C.A, D.I.S.A.(ICAI), L.L.B. ]
He has experience in every facet of finance industry and with solid knowledge background in accounts, audits, taxation, legal, finance, information technology and investment banking activities. He is associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He had attained Information Systems Auditor qualification, highest recognition in the area of Information Technology. Further he had successfully completed law graduation from University of Mumbai, Certificate Course on Valuation & Certificate Course on Arbitration from ICAI. He is Visiting Faculty at Information Technology Training (ITT) Centre, of ICAI – Board of Studies.
